MALPHA

Terms of use

Last updated: 1 October 2026

These terms apply to Malpha, the website at malpha.fun and the Malpha apps. By creating an account or using Malpha you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Malpha.

1. Your account

2. Not financial advice

Posts, calls, prices, charts and every other piece of content on Malpha are opinions and information from members and third-party data providers. Nothing on Malpha is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Crypto, meme coins and new tokens are extremely risky and can lose all their value. Prices can be delayed or wrong. Do your own research and only risk what you can afford to lose.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You give Malpha a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show and distribute it on Malpha so the service can work. You are responsible for your posts and must have the right to share them.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Malpha has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You may not post or send:

Every post has Report and Block options. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms or the community guidelines, usually within 24 hours, and we remove the accounts of people who post it.

5. Market data and third parties

Prices and charts come from third-party providers (such as CoinPaprika, Binance, CoinGecko, GeckoTerminal, DexScreener and Yahoo Finance) and are provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy or availability.

6. Ending your access

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Malpha and delete your account whenever you want.

7. Liability

Malpha is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from trading or investment decisions, or for content posted by members.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we'll show the new date at the top. Questions: support@malpha.fun.
